Woman falls off toilet, sues McDonald's
COOK COUNTY, Ill.—
A lawsuit filed yesterday seeks more than $30,000 in damages after a woman claims she fell off the toilet in a south side McDonald's, sustaining permanent injuries.
Cherry Hardie alleges she was seated on the toilet in the women's restroom at 7601 S. Vincennes Ave. on March 12, 2010, when the toilet seat fell off the toilet. She says she then lost her balance, and as she fell, she reached for the wall of the stall "and sustained a severe injury to her left arm/shoulder when her arm/shoulder came into contact with said wall."
I believe her. She should get a year supply of Big Macs.
