He just presented the fake scenario of the terrorist and the ticking time bomb. Would you torture to find out where. Okay how did you get a guy who knows about the bomb about to go off and also know that a bomb is about to go off?
To torture or not is not a moral issue. Is a matter of do you try and solve a crime or do you waste time getting somebody to "tell you what you want to here."
And the Washington plane on Sept. 11th order to shoot it down thing. Geez!
