Porn-screening official held over obscene DVD sales
According to the police, Ono is suspected of letting the DVDs--made by two companies including h.m.p and sold in autumn 2006--pass the screening by disregarding the fact that "mosaic" video effects intended to obscure sexual organs were easy to see through.
So you buy a porn. And in this porn, there are porn actors having sex in the porn. But everywhere the porn actors thingys come in contact with their fellow porn actor. It has to be mosaiced over. And that would make the porn cleaner?
